The Institute of Preventive Medicine, Environmental & Occupational Health, Prolepsis, held an informational event on Thursday, July 2nd, following the implementation of the new law that bans smoking in all indoor spaces and came into effect in Greece on July 1st.

The event "Adjust to the Change" will take place on Thursday, July 2 2009, at 12:30 pm at Karatzas Megaron, National Bank of Greece, 1st floor Auditorium, 82-84 Aiolou Street in Athens.

Informational Event for Senior Citizens about the Prevention of Accidents
An informational event for senior citizens about safety and the prevention of accidents at home was organized by the Institute of Preventive Medicine, Environmental and Occupational Health, Prolepsis. The event, which was held on Thursday, May 28th 2009 at the Municipal Day Care Centre for the Elderly of Argiroupoli with the participation of more than 150 senior citizens, was sponsored by the National Bank of Greece.

The event will take place at the Municipal Day Care Centre for the Elderly of Argiroupoli, 27, Aleksioupoleos str. in Argiroupoli. The event is sponsored by the National Bank of Greece and significantly supported by the Mayor of Argiroupoli, Mr. Dimitris Efstathiadis, and the President of the Municipal Day Care Centre for the Elderly of Argiroupoli, Mr Ioannis Kopitas.
