Ποιοι είμαστε

Το Ινστιτούτο Προληπτικής, Περιβαλλοντικής και Εργασιακής Ιατρικής Prolepsis είναι ένας επιστημονικός μη κερδοσκοπικός οργανισμός που δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της ιατρικής έρευνας, της προαγωγής υγείας, της περιβαλλοντικής και εργασιακής ιατρικής από το 1990.

Βασική πεποίθηση του Ινστιτούτου είναι ότι η υγεία αποτελεί θεμελιώδες, αδιαπραγμάτευτο αγαθό και αναφαίρετο δικαίωμα κάθε ανθρώπου. Υπό αυτό το πρίσμα, αποστολή του είναι να ανταποκρίνεται στις προκλήσεις της δημόσιας υγείας, εκπονώντας ακαδημαϊκή έρευνα και εφαρμόζοντας τα αποτελέσματά της τόσο σε εκπαιδευτικές και ανθρωπιστικές πρωτοβουλίες, όσο και σε δράσεις συνηγορίας.

Συνεργασίες

Κατά την πολυετή δραστηριότητά του το Ινστιτούτο Prolepsis έχει συνεργαστεί με μεγάλα κοινωφελή ιδρύματα, κρατικούς οργανισμούς, φορείς της περιφερειακής και τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης, εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα και εταιρείες. Έχει δημιουργήσει ισχυρά δίκτυα συνεργασίας τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και σε διεθνές επίπεδο, με οργανισμούς στις περισσότερες χώρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και τις Η.Π.Α.

Ένα τεράστιο έργο επιστημονικών δημοσιεύσεων έχει παραχθεί από τα μέλη της επιστημονικής ομάδας του Ινστιτούτου Prolepsis.
