Today Prolepsis Institute will give a presentation on healthy nutrition in Acharnes, Aspropyrgos and Kipseli. Chefs Christos Mantidis and Christos Athanasiadis, as well as Nikos Fotiadis, executive chef from Bank of Greece, will cook healthy recipes for students’ parents.

Today Prolepsis Institute will give a presentation on healthy nutrition in Aspropyrgos and Perama. In Aspropyrgos, chef patissier Dionisis Alertas, from Gaspar Food & Mood restaurant, will present healthy recipes for desserts while chef Antonis Mavridis, from Scala Vinoteca restaurant, will cook healthy recipes for students’ parents.

Series of events for the promotion of healthy nutrition
The parents of the students, who participate in the Program on Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition, will have the opportunity to listen to tips on healthy nutrition, learn culinary secrets and watch a chef cook for them. More specifically, information sessions will be organized for the parents of students who participate in the Program on Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition.
Prolepsis Institute at “Culture Day” of Geitonas School
“Captain Health and his Nutritional Alliance”, created by Prolepsis Institute, will participate at “Culture Day”, held this year, as every year, at Geitonas School, Vari. Every year, on this day, parents and students participate in various activities held in school and attend performances, choirs, competitions. This year's event will be held on Sunday, May 19, 9:00 to 16:00.
