In full compliance with the goals set by the UN General Assembly to reduce hunger in the world which established October the 16th as World Food Day, the Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition Program has been extended to 50,000 students in over 300 schools for this school year.

The Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition Program starts today

The distribution of healthy meals to 12,400 students in 83 schools in Athens, Thessaloniki, Imathia and Patras, started today within the framework of the Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition Program. The Prolepsis Institute, with a grant by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, will continue to implement the Food Aid and Promotion of Healthy Nutrition Program for the 2013-2014 school year.

Prolepsis joined this summer, for the first time, the Director’s Internship Program, organized by the Institute of Politics of Harvard University. Every summer since 1995, the Institute of Politics has offered career-oriented internships for undergraduate students interested in politics, government, and public service in high-profile organizations around the world. Students usually complete 8-10 weeks of full-time work.
