Invitation to the European e-SAFE program Webinar

The Prolepsis Institute invites you on Tuesday 18 July 2023, from 12:00 – 14:30, to the online webinar: “Food handlers’ education and training program to ensure high quality, safe nutritious, and healthy food “. During the webinar, the partners of the program will present their research findings and the tools used to design the e-SAFE platform.

The e-SAFE program aims to enhance the knowledge of food service professionals and contribute to the improvement  or even change of daily practices when preparing or serving food to the public. The participation of food service professionals such as cooks, chefs, kitchen staff, food handlers, food industry employs, food education and training providers etc. is recommended.

The e-SAFE project is funded by the ERASMUS+ Program of the European Union. In collaboration with the Prolepsis Institute they participate in the consortium of e-SAFE organizations: The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Center not-for-profit Sp. z o. o., Miastkowo (Program Coordinator, Poland), ISEKI-Food Association (Austria), Center for Social Innovation – CSI (Cyprus), Italian Cuisine di Gianluca Pardini (Italy), Kauno maisto pramones ir prekybos mikomo centras (Lithuania).

The conference will take place online through the Zoom platform. The participation is free. Participants who wish will be granted the Certificate of Attention.
