The Prolepsis Institute is registered in the following official registries:
- National Registry of Private Non-Profit Organizations providing Social Care Services, maintained by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
- Special Registry of Non-Governmental Organizations of the Hellenic International Development Cooperation Department (Hellenic Aid), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Registration No. 294).
- Registry of the First Reception Service of the Ministry of Citizen Protection (Registration No. ΥΠΥ/06/ΚΤΠ).
The Prolepsis Institute is also a certified provider of Primary Social Care services for Private Legal Entities under the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (Government Gazette, Issue B’ 6038/31.12.2020).
The Prolepsis Institute operates a Quality Management System certified according to ISO 9001:2015, covering the full scope of its activities, including the design, administration, management, and implementation of nationally and internationally funded, co-funded, and self-funded projects. These encompass epidemiological research, preventive medicine and health promotion programmes, occupational and environmental health initiatives, humanitarian programmes, and actions promoting human rights, equality, and other areas of public interest.
The Prolepsis Institute has established an Ethics and Research Integrity Committee, composed of distinguished experts from relevant scientific disciplines. The Committee ensures that all projects are conducted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of research integrity and good scientific practice, while providing ethical oversight and safeguarding the credibility and reliability of the Institute’s research activities.
