Presentation of the educational tools of the European program VRHealthLeaders

The Info Day event for the Erasmus+ program VRHealthLeaders was held at the offices of the Prolepsis Institute.

Presentation of the project and how VRHealthLeaders can support healthcare educators who teach leadership to healthcare professionals was given by Maria Kantzanou, who is Doctor, Microbiologist, Assistant Professor, Dept of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, University of Athens.

Pania Karnakis, who is the Director of European & International Programs of the Institute Prolepsis, introduced VRHealthLeaders educational tools.

VRHealthLeaders is a two-year program (1/5/2021 – 30/4/2023) financed by the ERASMUS+ program of the European Union, with the aim to provide health professionals with knowledge and skills to lead in relevant to human health, such as management crises, financial and human resource management as well as compliance procedures, to maintain the quality of services provided.
