ProWell

ProWell – Protecting the mental wellbeing of our children during and after public health emergencies

The Prolepsis Institute participates as a partner in the European program ProWell – Protecting children’s mental health during and after public health crises – digital training for teachers, professors, and other educators.

ProWell is a two-year training program (01/03/2021 – 28/02/2023) funded by the ERASMUS+ Program of the European Union. It aims to improve teachers’ competencies, including their digital skills, to promote the mental health of children and adolescents during and after public health crises.

Using innovative tools of teaching and learning through digital technologies, the ProWell program aims to provide the necessary knowledge to teachers and other professionals involved with children (e.g., coaches, dance teachers, and school nurses) in order to be able to support children and adolescents regarding their mental health. In this context, a training course will be developed, which will also be available through the program’s electronic platform, providing appropriate training tools to teachers and other professionals who work with children and adolescents.

The ProWell program consortium consists of 7 organizations in Greece, Germany, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, France and Croatia.
