The 1st Day of the Dr.PED-Chef 5-Day European Training Workshop

Day 1 of the Dr.PED-Chef 5-Day European Training Workshop.

Trainees from the pediatric health care sector including, pediatricians, nurses and other relevant health professionals, were welcomed in Athens by Prolepsis Institute and its President, Professor of Epidemiology Athena Linos.

The First Training Day started with the partners from the Andrology Pediatric and Adolescent Foundation in Italy presenting the fundamentals of healthy nutrition for primary health care practitioners. Afterwards, the partners from Gazi Universitesi in Turkey provided useful resources and effective tools for promoting healthy eating to families.
