May 18th, 2016 – Τhe Observatory and the Center for Health Promotion are launched in the Prefecture of Sterea Ellada (Central Greece).The Observatory and the Center for Health Promotion in Sterea Ellada (Central Greece) are launched in the municipality of Tanagra based in Oinofyta.
The project is implemented by the Prefecture of Sterea Ellada (Central Greece) and by the Department of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Medical Statistics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in collaboration with the Municipality of Tanagra. The Observatory is established with the aim to protect and promote the health of the people in the region and it is part of the action plan drawn up by the Prefecture of Sterea Ellada for remediation and recovery of the Asopos River area.
