Prolepsis is the leading partner of the new EU project on Migration and Health. The second day of the Kick-off meeting for Mig-HealthCare project (Strengthen Community Based Care to minimize health inequalities and improve the integration of vulnerable migrants and refugees into local communities) started today in Luxemburg.

Mig-HealthCare brings together 14 partners from universities, national authorities and NGOs in 10 EU countries, to produce a roadmap for effective community-based care models to improve physical and mental health care services, support the inclusion and participation of migrants and refugees in European communities and reduce health inequalities. The project is co-funded by DG SANTE (Directorate General for Health and Food Safety)
