Dimitra Pinotsi
Dimitra Pinotsi is a Mathematician and Statistician specializing in statistical analysis and queueing models. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Statistics from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), in collaboration with Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). She earned her Ph.D. from AUEB with a dissertation focused on synchronized queueing systems with gate mechanisms. She has many years of professional experience as a statistical analyst, having worked in research and development departments of various organizations and companies. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed international scientific journals, and she has presented her research at international conferences. Since January 2024, she has been serving as Head of Statistical Analysis and Artificial Intelligence at the Prolepsis Institute. She speaks English and German.
