She received her BSc from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Harokopio University of Athens, Greece and her MSc in Applied Dietetics and Nutrition, in the field of Public Health, from the same department. In 2020 she completed her Ph.D. in Harokopio University of Athens&nbsp;in nutritional epidemiology and healthy aging. To date, she has prepared and published over 30 articles in reputable international scientific journals, while she has participated with over 45 abstracts in Greek and international conferences.
