\n\t\tThe Final Virtual EU Info Day of the Mig-HealthCare project <\/strong>is organized by Prolepsis Institute on behalf of the Mig-HealthCare <\/strong>consortium. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, 10<\/strong>:<\/strong>00 – 13<\/strong>:<\/strong>30 CET<\/strong>.
\n\t\t 
\n\t\tMig-HealthCare<\/strong><\/a> – Strengthening Community Based Care to minimize health inequalities and improve the integration of vulnerable migrants and refugees into local communities<\/em><\/strong>” is a three-year project co-funded by the European Union’s Health Programme (2014-2020). It is coordinated by Prolepsis Institute and is implemented by a 14-member consortium of Universities, national authorities and NGOs from ten countries across Europe.<\/p>\n

\t\tIts overall objective is to improve health care access for vulnerable migrants and refugees, support their inclusion and participation in European communities and reduce health inequalities.<\/p>\n

\t\tThe purpose of the virtual EU info day is to present the research findings and educational tools produced by the project consortium and initiate a discussion concerning their further use and uptake with the ultimate aim of improving health care provision for migrants\/refugees. <\/strong><\/p>\n

\t\tThe event will take place on-line, using the Zoom platform. <\/p>\n
