\n\tThe National Dietary Guidelines, developed by the Institute Prolepsis under the program “Ef Dia…Trofin”, were presented at the 12th National Conference on Nutrition & Dietetics, organized by the Hellenic Dietetic Association.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe conference was held on December 5-8, 2013, in Athens. The aim was to present all the latest scientific data in the field of Dietetics and Nutrition, and contribute to a constructive and creative dialogue among participants.<\/p>\n
\n\tDuring the conference, the Prolepsis scientific team presented the National Dietary Guidelines. Specifically, during a special round table meeting, the Institute team presented the project “Ef Dia…Trofin” and described the detailed methodology for the development of the National Dietary Guidelines. The dietary guidelines for the general adult population, as well as the specific guidelines for children and adolescents, women (including pregnant and breast feeding women) and the elderly were then presented to the public in detail. Finally, a special presentation was developed regarding the actions for the greater dissemination of the guidelines as soon as the project is completed and the content is finalized.<\/p>\n
