With the grant offered by THI, 4 additional schools with 258 students will participate in the <b>DIA<\/b>TROFI Program the current school year. At the same time, through the matching fund provided by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), grant donor of the program, another 6 schools with 783 students will also be included in the Program. This is a significant contribution to our efforts in eliminating the severe problem of food insecurity experienced by school students in Greece. <\/p>\n<p>\tThe Hellenic Initiative was founded in 2012 by members of the global Greek and philhellene communities who were compelled to respond to the worsening economic crisis and inspired to help shape Greece&rsquo;s long-term recovery.
