\n\tWe would like to cordially thank the It’s All Greek To Me Comedy Gala Committee and the over one thousand people in Melbourne and Sydney who supported the DIATROFI Program through the Comedy Gala. With the funds raised at the Comedy Gala in Melbourne (22 April 2016) 8.325 free healthy meals will be distributed to 55 students of the DIATROFI Program during the 2016-2017 school year. <\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tMoreover, with the matching funds provided by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), founding donor of the Program, 8.325 additional meals will be offered reaching a total of 16,650 meals for 110 students. The Hellenic Initiative Australia assisted in nominating partner charity the DIATROFI Program as the recipient of the event proceeds.<\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tThe It’s All Greek To Me is a not for profit incorporation consisted of famous comedians donating their time and services to support people of the most vulnerable socio-economic class in Greece. The Hellenic Initiative Australia is committed to THI’s mission to invest in the future of Greece through direct philanthropy and economic revitalization. The THI Australia brings together Greek Australians who want to work together to support partner organizations and create new programs. <\/p>\n
