The aim of the program is to develop a new educational program for all patients with type 2 diabetes to achieve lifelong dietary changes that will help them better manage their condition.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div>The Prolepsis Institute is involved in its implementation along with five organizations from Belgium, Cyprus, and Spain. The program is funded by the ERASMUS+ Program of the European Union.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You can view the newsletter <a
