The assessment of the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of any action or program is a pre-requisite so as to ensure its continuance and establish good practices for the future.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment carried out by Prolepsis Institute includes measurements based on quantitative and qualitative methods of both the participants and all the parties involved in the implementation of the action or porgramme.
