MIG-DHL DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR IMPROVING DIGITAL HEALTH LITERACY OF MIGRANTS
Prolepsis Institute participates as a partner in the European program: DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR IMPROVING DIGITAL HEALTH LITERACY OF MIGRANTS.
MIG-DHL is a two-year program (01/11/2020 – 30/10/2022), funded by the ERASMUS+ Programme of the European Union and aims to improve digital literacy for migrants and refugees through the development and implementation of a tailor made training program.
Access to social and health services are key indicators of social inclusion and integration in the host country. In this context, the program is targeted to migrants with the aim of developing digital health skills – e.g. browsing the internet and e-services of each country's health system, finding valid information on health matters- and empowering the target group. The program is also addressed to health professionals working with migrants.
