STATISTICS
 The Prolepsis department of biostatistics offers data management,
statistical consulting and statistical analysis services to researchers,
health professionals, graduate students as well as private companies
(pharmaceutical, insurance and food industry).
We also bear responsibility for the statistical analysis conducted for the
purpose of scientific publications in high impact journals produced by our
team of experts.
Data Management
- data entry, quality control, complete dataset construction and
formatting, database maintenance
Statistical analysis
- study design and sample size calculation
- descriptive statistics, such as frequency, percentage, mean,
standard deviation, cross-tabulation
- inferential statistics using simple as well as highly
sophisticated statistical methodology; parametric and non-parametric
techniques depending on the needs of each research project. Some of the
statistical designs include, linear and logistic regression, proportional
hazards models, analysis of variance, chi-square, t-test, factor analysis,
kruskal-wallis, mann-whitney and many more
