The Institute Prolepsis has long experience in the organization and application of preventive medicine and public health programmes. Τhe Institute is active in both the field of screening and the field of health promotion. In addition, Prolepsis provides consultancy services for the design, application and the scientific monitoring of these programmes.

had the responsibility for the foundation, the organisation and the scientific monitoring of all public health programmes (1992-1999) of the Centre "Our Lady Who Loves Mankind", in Ormylia, Chalkidiki. In the Centre screening programmes for breast and cervical cancer are implemented covering more that 15.000 women

has implemented programmes for the prevention:

of HIV/AIDS infection (1994)
of alcohol abuse (1994)
of the use of drugs (1995)

targeting not only the general public but also specific population groups (students, professionals, tourists).
