Informational event for the Environmental and Occupational Health Program in the Oinofyta area
In order to monitor and promote the health of residents and workers in the Oinofyta area, an observatory of environmental and occupational health is being organized and operates in the region.
The program is implemented by the Institute of Preventive Medicine, Environmental and Occupational Health, Prolepsis, with the active support and cooperation of the Church of Greece and local authorities and in collaboration with the University of Athens and Harvard University of the USA.
The environmental and occupational health observatory will promote the assessment of health needs and the organization of prevention programs in the region. It could serve as a model for application in other areas of the country and contribute significantly to primary healthcare.
To provide further and more detailed information about the program to the residents and the general public, Prolepsis Institute will hold an informational event on Wednesday, December 16, at 7.00 pm at the Diaconal Church Center of Oinofyta.
