ICAP supports the social work of Prolepsis Institute

ICAP is teaming up with Prolepsis Institute to offer technology equipment, expertise and advisory services, and operational management of the Call Center, aiming at strengthening the social work of the Institute.
Specifically, responding promptly to the request of the Institute, ICAP donated five modern and fully equipped computers, which were placed at the offices of Prolepsis Institute in Marousi for the need of a telephone support center for elderly people.
Specialists of the ICAP Contact Center supported Prolepsis in an advisory and practical level, through the establishment of the call center, which is designed to act as a helpline and counseling support for elderly people. ICAP will continue to support the call center during its operation with the voluntary involvement of its employees.
